Hast schon mal drann gedacht, dass keine anderen großen Programme im Hintergrund laufen sollten?
Also alle selbst geöffneten Programme vorher wieder schließen.
Hast nen aktuelles DirectX drauf?

Überprüf auf jeden Fall mal die Einstellung vom Spiel.
Wahrscheilich hast z.B. Kantenglättung aktiviert, was die Leistung in den Keller zieht.
Da liegt wahrscheinlich auch das Problem. Ein Treiberproblem kann ich mir weniger vorstellen.
