nur zur info:
auf der Forsteralm sind die Gerüchte umgegangen dass der Zagreb DH abgsagt is, i weiss nimmer von wem und warum aber i habs von mehreren seitn ghört......gottseidank stimmts ned [Bild: wink.gif] hab auf meine frage folgende antwort von dort bekommen :

I don't know where those rumors are coming from because they're not
grounded.

DH will be held on May 9th, as it is written in the UCI calendar. I'd be
happy to see you there.

It is possible though that the course will be situated on the southern
side of the mountain because the ski lift will be reconstructed in the
spring. We will put further information at our site as soon as we decide
about that.

Schön zu wissen, es wäre um jedes Rennen schade, und erst recht um das flowige von Zagreb.
Hoffe, die neue Strecke wird auch wieder so schnell und flüssig.

genau so ist es [Bild: wink.gif] vor allem zagreb hat ma letzts jahr sooooo taugt und immerhin hab i dort no a rechnung mit dir und dem cannon offen [Bild: wink.gif]

Er kommt aus Rosenheim und denn hab ich auch schon überredet, daß er runterfährt.
Wahrscheinlich bleibt er fürn Montag allerdings noch herinnen, um fürn Schöckl am WE drauf zu trainieren.

Dear sporting friends,

Olympus MTB Downhill E1 race is coming back in 2004., stronger than ever...
Well, at least in some areas. The date for the final race is May 9th at
13:00 hours.

First of all, the course will be moved from the top of Medvednica Mountain
to the south side. We're talking about old, classic course that has been
used from 1994. until 1999. This migration is caused by total renovation of
Sljeme skiing resort that will happen during May.

So we will finish at the bottom station of ZET gondola. The start will be
situated aproximattely at the half way to the top of the mountain. So the
course will be approximately 2,5 kms long with racing time of some 3,5 mins.

We have a secret code when describing our old-new course: Balkan Bumps! Come
to Zagreb and find out what we mean d:o)

The transportation will take place as follows: riders will go by gondola and
bikes will go by trucks. At the top station bikes will be waiting for
riders, attended by the police and our own security staff. From there riders
will be invited to easily descent to the start line.
The transportation from the finish to the start will take around 25-30 mins.

ja des klingt für mich auch eher negativ...ich seh da scho wieder a nagelneues radl, dass mit wenig vorsicht auf a ladefläche gworfen wird und nachdem wochenende ausschaut als wärs 5 jahr alt [Bild: icon_redface.gif] falls es ned überhaupt gfladert wird wenn man selber ned dabei is sondern am lift sitzt ...
