Hey leute hab grad dieses Prachtstück beim surfen gesehn!!! Ist zwar nur ein kids bike prototyp aber scheiße ich hab noch nie so einen schönen rahmen gesehn!!!!

hope liebt die cnc maschine... kommt ganz im stil der neuen bremsen.
Eins versteh ich nicht ganz... kommt da noch n dämpfer rein oder ist das n HT? Der hinterbau hätte eigentlich genau 4 drehpunkte... sieht zumindest so aus, aber man kanns nicht genau erkennen, ob sich da auch was drehen sollte.... und warum ist eine der weißen streben nach unten gebogen und die andere nicht!? :confused:
klärt mich mal bitte einer auf? (und ich meine jetzt nicht das aufklären mit den bienen und blumen und so^^)

tja ob fullie oder nicht weis ich auch nicht aber kann auch sein das die hinteren beiden schrauben nur dafür da sind das man die ausfallenden tauschen kann!!!
Auf jeden fall find ich die zugverlegung im oberrohr sehr geil!!!

Das einzige das da fertig ist, sind die Steuerrohreinheit und die Ausfallenden am letzten Bild unten.
Die Frage die ich mir aber stell: Wer zum Teufel würde seinem Kind soetwas kaufen? Ich mein kaufen ja, aber maximal um den Rahmen übern Bett aufzuhängen. Vorallem dann wenn sie das "Sitzrohr" in der gleichen Optik wie das Steuerrohr fräsen. :eek:
Wird sicher ein ganz ein billiger Spaß.

Headtube, seat tower, seatstays, chainstays and dropout's will all be machined from single pieces of billet aluminium. This is quite a challenge in some cases - which is both costly and time consuming. The main triangle will be constructed using bonded in carbon tubes, with the rear triangle bolting in place. Internal cable routing and flush fitting rear caliper mounts are some of the clever touches we have incorporated in the design - 'because we can'!
Expect the bike to be ready to go by sometime in November - only available as complete bikes with a spec most of us wouldn't mind on our own bikes! Pace forks, XO gearing, Race Face cranks and of course a full complement of all our products. Price?...... not yet finalised, but somewhere in the region of £1700!

Der graue Sitzrohrteil und der weiße Hinterbau kommt aus einem Drucker.

Stereolithographie ist doch was feines.
Oder sie haben es erst aus Kunststoff gefräst, geht schneller und ist nicht so teuer.

Nein, sie haben einen 3D Drucker. Der Rahmen war auf der Eurobike ausgestellt, wir dachten zuerst auch, daß er gefräst wäre.
