Ist eine Lizenz denn zwingend nötig oder kann ich auch ohne in der Hobby-Klasse starten?

One-Day Licence:
Competitors without licence can participate under following condition: One-day licence fee must be paid to organizers account latest until Sunday, 10th of April by 24:00h in amount of 50,00kn (7 EUR).
