also jetzt in Schladming ist mir s wieder extrem aufgefallen.


da gibts Leut´, die fahren selbst kurz vorm Ziel beinahe genauso "hart" wie am
Anfang.

also ich hab, wenn ich in Schladming durchfahr...bereits kurz nach dem stepup
tierisch dicke Arme und kann den Lenker nimmer gscheid halten bzw. richtig fahren.


Wie geht es euch damit und vorallem: was kann man dagegen tun ?
bzw. was gibts für Trainingstips.

Versuchen "locker" und "entspannt" zu fahren ist klar...aber das bringt mich auch ned weiter Smile
