So nach nur einem Tag die Antwort von Turner

"I am sorry to hear about your DHR frame. We can repair the frame under
warranty. The repair takes 4 weeks to complete. The frames powder coat is
chemically stripped, welded, heat treated, re-powder coated and a complete
rebuild kit installed. You can ship the main frame and linkage only or
include the rear for powder coating. The repair works very well and you
should not have any further issues. You can choose any powder coat color we
offer. You are responsible for shipping to our location and we will cover
the return shipping. Turner Bikes is not responsible for duties and taxes.
Please ship the frame as a warranty repair and return with no commercial
value. Let me know when you are ready to return the frame and I will issue
you a return authorization number. Talk to you soon.

Ich werd dem jetzt noch schreiben das wir selbst schon versucht haben den Rahmen zu schweissen damit da keine missverständnisse aufl´kommen , oder was meint ihr sollte ich es lieber darauf ankommen lassen ?
