Also ich bin zwar keine 14 mehr (leider^^) aber auch 1,80 und hab alles in L (Helm auch aber Kopfumfang von ca. 59cm, New Era 7 1/2 
) also denk ich mal das Hemd is mit XL eher nich soo gut, außer du bist ne Kampfmaschine!
