Zwischen Rahmen und Lenker sind so Zwischenringe (=Spacer), um den Lenker höher zu machen.
Die solltest du mal über den Lenker packen damit der Lenker tiefer kommt, fährt sich sicher besser.
Wenn du dann zufrieden bist, kannst du den Gabelschaft absägen und die Spacer ganz weglassen.

Ansonsten wirst du mit dem Bike sicher Spass haben
