Betrüger am Marktplatz

Seit einigen Monaten treiben sich auf unserem Marktplatz - aber auch auf andere Seiten - Betrüger herum. Seid also bitte doppelt vorsichtig! Die Betrüger bieten meist viel zu günstige Top-Bikes an, aber kontaktieren euch auch, wenn ihr Teile verkauft.

Aufpassen sollt ihr besonders bei:

• Top-Bikes werden zu unrealistisch günstigen Preisen angeboten.
  
• Geldtransfer wird über Western Union abgewickelt.
  
• Mail ist im schlechten Deutsch oder Englisch (oder gemischt) abgefasst, oder klingt überhaupt automatisiert erstellt. Z.B. in einen fertigen Text nur die Produktbezeichnung ersetzt.
  
• Die Betrüger sind aus dem Ausland tätig (Italien, Frankreich, England, ...).
  
• Wenn man ihnen anbietet, die Ware trotzdem persönlich zu übergeben/übernehmen, weichen sie aus.
  
• Sie schreiben oft von ihrem "international shipping agent", der die Ware abholt.
  
• Sie zahlen per Check, der sich dann als ungedeckt herausstellt. Oft ist die Checksumme zu hoch und wollen, dass man die Differenz zurückbezahlt.

das habe ich noch nicht rausfinden können - manchmal werden die Daten im Hintergrund gelöscht. Ich vermute mal, dass da irgendwas nicht ganz sicher läuft, wenn 2 gleichzeitig was eintragen. Obwohl ich's eigentlich so ausgelegt hätte bzw. auch getestet habe.

Wenn das auf Datenbank-Basis umgeschrieben ist, dann sollte das keine Problem mehr sein.

Habe mir mal solch einen Scheck kommen lassen, wollte halt mal sehen wie die so vorgehen.
Naja niergends taucht ein Name auf nicht mal auf dem Umschlag eine Absenderadresse, also ist recht klar warum.

ich habe dem Verkäufer geschrieben, dass ich interesse an dem geilen YETI DH9 habe und er hat gesagt, dass ich ihm nur 980 Euro überweisen muss. Der Deal sollte über die: www.international-shipping-agency.com laufen. Er versprach mir das das Bike, welches in England stehen soll, in 2 Tagen bei mir ankäme und ich es 2 tage testen könne und es dann bei Nichtgefallen zurückschicken könne. Auf das Bike gäbe es noch eine Garantie von 2 Jahren.

Ich habe dann bei Ebay verschiedener Länder nochmal nachgeforscht und folgendes festgestellt:

Ich fand 2 Accountnamen, die am selben Tag (5.12.04) angemeldet wurden und diese verkauften auch teure Bikes, welche in einem zeitabstand von max 1 stunde eingestellt wurde. Als ich die Accountnamen mit meinem Yeti-Verkäufer verglich fand ich Gemeinsamkeiten heraus, aber seht selbst:

Sat.1 Automagazin hat gerade über die Masche mit dem Cheque und der Überweisung an den Spediteur berichtet, da sie auch beim Autoverkauf immer wieder auftaucht.

Der Cheque ist gefälscht, wird aber meist trotzdem vorläufig gutgeschrieben, der ahnungslose Verkäufer überweist per Bargeldüberweisung wie "Western Union" an den vermeintlichen Spediteur, kurz darauf holt sich die Bank nach ausführlicher Prüfung den gesamten Cheque-Betrag zurück. Man verliert also das gesamte Geld, das man dem Spediteur überwiesen hat, in Koblenz gibt es dazu eine Sonderkommision der Polizei.
