ich denke das was du da beim ausfedern spürst ist genau das was hier beschrieben wird:

The only small downside of the '05 Control Valves is the slight increase of top-out experienced on some bike designs. This top-out does not harm the shock & you rarely notice it when riding. When we fit the '05 Control Valve the oil trapped between the sealhead & the piston escapes a little quicker than before. This reduces the hydraulic top-out control allowing the Control Valve stop plate to contact the sealhead slightly faster & therefore with a little more noise.
